What products are covered by this guarantee?


Our Lifetime Guarantee applies to all merino wool socks sold on or after 03-06-2025 on our website.

What does the guarantee cover?

  • We’ll replace your socks if they: Show any fault in materials or workmanship.

What’s not covered?

We do not cover:

  • Loss, theft, or intentional damage
  • expected cosmetic wear that doesn't affect performance ( ie; fading or pilling)
  • Damage from misuse

Do I need a receipt or proof of purchase?

While we don't require a receipt for warranty claims, we do require proof of purchase (such as your order number or email used to order) to process your claim.

If you have misplaced your order number email the team and they will do their best to assist you in recovering this.

Please note; our lifetime Guarantee only applies to socks purchased directly through www.onlysocks.com.au, it does not apply to socks sold in retail stores.

How do I submit a claim?

We've made our warranty process Simple. Just fill out our Warranty Claim Form, attach a clear photo of the issue, and provide your order number. Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement pair—free of charge.
