What products are covered by this guarantee?


Our Lifetime Guarantee applies to all socks sold on or after 03-06-2025 on our website.

What does the guarantee cover?

  • We’ll replace your socks if they: Develop holes, fall apart from wear and tear or show any fault in materials or workmanship.

This guarantee covers unlimited replacements—for life*.

What’s not covered?

We do not cover:

  • Loss, theft, or intentional damage
  • expected cosmetic wear that doesn't affect performance ( ie; fading or pilling)

Do I need a receipt or proof of purchase?

While we don't require a receipt for warranty claims, we do require proof of purchase (such as your order number or email used to order) to process your claim.

If you have misplaced your order number email the team and they will do their best to assist you in recovering this.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

We've made our warranty process Simple. Just fill out our Warranty Claim Form, attach a clear photo of the issue, and provide your order number. Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement pair—free of charge.

Do I need to return the damaged socks?

Yes, all returned socks are used for quality assurance purposes. This allows us to asses the flaw and plan on how we can improve the quality of our socks.
