My husband loves them thankyou
These socks have exceeded my expectations. Great quality, super comfortable. I live in North QLD so was a bit worried they'd be too hot but am pleasantly surprised that they're just right
Old school quality how I remember the old explorers were (they’re terrible now)
Great price and product
They are fabulous my husband is very impressed.
These socks are amazing have had to basically empty my son drawer and restock.
I have ordered more now my Partner Nicky ordering
After 17 years in mining, I thought sweaty, swampy feet were just part of the job. Then I tried the Only Socks – The Pioneer Fully Cushioned Merino Work Sock. These things are unbelievably soft, ridiculously comfortable, and somehow kept my feet dry through 12-hour shifts. Other socks leave my boots feeling like the trenches of the Vietnam War by the end of shift, but not these. Shipping was also insanely quick. 10/10 best work socks I’ve ever worn.
The main thing I look in a sock is it’s ability to stay up and my boots don’t eat them up
Had the same old crusty sock for years until now - why I didn’t get new sock until now? Do it - you will not regret it!
Easy to look at everything and work out what you need
My son absolutely loves the socks for work,he is on his feet up to 10 hours a day
Easy to navigate their shopping page and an awesome product
Very comfortable socks awesome products and will purchase again. Very happy with the only socks products that I’ve bought
Do your feet a solid, they fit & don't shrink, soft, comfy and tough.
Both Hubby and I have converted to The Pioneer work socks. Never going back!
Our feet feel dry and clean after a long day in work boots and they wash up beautifully and dry in normal time unlike bamboo socks. They don't fall down, and the reinforced heel and toe keeps them sturdy and hole free.
Thank you Only Socks. You Rock!!
FAQs
What are the benefits of Merino wool socks?
Merino wool socks offer natural temperature regulation, breathability, and moisture-wicking properties. They keep your feet dry, warm in winter, and cool in summer—making them ideal for hiking, work, or everyday wear.
Are your Merino wool socks made in Australia?
Yes, all our Merino wool socks are proudly Australian made using 100% locally sourced Merino wool. We support Australian farmers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality, ethical production.
Are Merino wool socks good for hiking?
Absolutely. Merino hiking socks are a top choice for hikers due to their ability to reduce blisters, manage moisture, and stay comfortable on long treks. They're also naturally odor-resistant.
Can I wear Merino wool socks for work?
Yes. Merino wool work socks provide all-day comfort, especially for tradies, farmers, and anyone on their feet. They're durable, cushioned, and breathable—perfect for tough conditions.
Are Merino wool socks itchy?
Unlike traditional wool, Merino wool is ultra-fine and soft against the skin. Our socks are designed to be itch-free and comfortable for all-day wear.
How do I care for Merino wool socks?
To keep your Merino socks in top condition, wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry. Avoid hot water or tumble drying to preserve the natural fibres.
