When do we deem a sock as 'seconds'?
- Colour isn't right
- Brand name is in the wrong position / size
- we weren't happy with the sock height
Is the quality compromised?
- No, all of our 'seconds' socks are still extremely high quality and Australian made.. They are finished to the same standard as our regular socks, they just have one of the minor imperfections listed above.
Please be aware, that our 'seconds' socks aren't covered under warranty, and they don't come in branded packaging.

I knew I needed woollen socks to travel through novosotia in autumn, something comfortable for long plane flights and didn’t end up cold and moist. I was concerned the sock was too thick and designed for work wear and the thickness turned out to be a a great design feature providing cushioning and comfort. We walking around 10km per day and the socks held up well. The kick that enables me to give these socks a huge wrap is I wear these 2 or 3 days on the road and they don’t smell. Warm, snug, great cushioning and don’t smell at the end of the day. 😁
